The 74th District Court resolves over 3K cases online

The 74th District Court in Bay County, Michigan has achieved a significant access to justice milestone: over 3,000 cases resolved online.

The Bay County District Court, lead by Chief Judge Dawn Klida, offered Matterhorn online resolution in the fall of 2014. They launched with online traffic ticket resolution, and then followed later that fall with online warrant resolution. The court added resolution of past due fines and fees (our ability-to-pay module) in 2017. Over three years, members of the public have used Matterhorn to resolve over 3,000 cases online.

Congratulations to Chief Judge Dawn Klida and the 74th District Court for resolving over 3K cases online!

Congratulations to Judge Klida and the team at the 74th District Court!
