What is Matterhorn?
Matterhorn-enabled courts review and resolve many case types completely online. Courts use Matterhorn online dispute resolution for traffic and civil infractions, warrant prevention and warrant resolution, to assess ability-to-pay, for small claims cases, and for domestic relations/family cases.
Judges, magistrates, and court staff remain involved and interact with members of the public as schedules permit.
Matterhorn is a SaaS, cloud-based platform that links with your case management and payment systems. We started in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2014, and we are the first spin-out of the University of Michigan Law School.
