Court Innovations is a startup spun out of the University of Michigan Law School. Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, we are transforming how people interact with the justice system. With our software-as-a-service platform, Matterhorn, people can go to court without actually physically going to court. In other words, that traffic ticket you got at that out-of-state football game? Now you can contest it without leaving your couch.
Customer Implementation and Retention Representative
The Court Innovations Customer Success Team is looking to add an Implementation and Retention Representative. This key role on the team will work with customers to collect onboarding requirements and set them up on our SaaS platform Matterhorn by using your strong project management skills.
This position requires passion for service, problem-solving and requires a person that likes variety in the day to day. The customer implementation and retention representative teaches customers how to use the software, supports them, and builds relationships with them.
You’re a self-starter who thrives on working with customers to provide solutions that take the customer to the next level, anticipates customer challenges and barriers and gets in front of them. You’re creative, solution-oriented and get software startups. You have impeccable communication skills and also take pride in communicating the complex clearly.
You are comfortable talking to judges, prosecutors and court administrators and police officers. You are comfortable leading software trainings in webinars, on the phone and in front of groups of people. You have excellent project management skills and are technically minded.
Customer Implementation and Retention Representative - Qualifications
- Interest and experience with customer service and providing solutions
- You have drive and take ownership
- You like talking to customers on the phone as well as in person
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Saas support
- Experience translating functional requirements to technical requirements
- Experience with system testing
- Proactive problem identifier and problem solver
- Experience teaching others how to use software
- A high energy level that thrives in a startup environment
- Core work hours may need to be flexible at times
- Occasional travel to customer sites (less than 10%)
