Virtual Court presentation July 12, 2021 at 3:30PM

The global economic and operational shutdowns caused by COVID-19 have challenged courts to find the best ways to ensure fair and equitable access to justice for the public.

Some courts have embraced virtual proceedings, indicating their favor for more permanent virtual operations, while others have expressed concerns that virtual hearings hinder proper access to justice. In this session, you will hear about how virtual court solutions provide an avenue, for both court staff and the public, to accomplish the goal of ensuring fair and equal access to justice.

Our speakers will share stories and discuss the various components of virtual court solutions being used today; helping courts maintain their commitment to fair and accessible justice, regardless of race, gender, or economic factors.

Session Description

MJ Cartwright, CEO of Court Innovations, and Ryan Crowley, Executive Vice President at Pioneer Technology Group, will present.
