The NACM Annual Conference takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 21-25, 2019. The theme of the conference is Creating Public Trust Through Engagement and Innovation.
We are excited to head to the conference to discuss how online dispute resolution (ODR), technology, and innovation are increasing access to justice and serving the public.
Court Component Modeling Session
Furthermore, Matterhorn is honored to participate in the Court Component Modeling session that will take place during the conference. The session will focus on the key needs underpinning court component adoption and why this is so important at this moment.
We are excited to be part of this critical discussion along with the following innovators and thought leaders:
- Kevin Bowling, Court Administrator 20th Judicial Circuit Court, Ottawa County, Michigan, and the JTC’s appointed Chair of the Court Component Modeling Work Group (CCMWG)
- Jim Harris, Principal Court Management Consultant and Project Director for Court Component Modeling (CCM) for the National Center for State Courts (NCSC)
- Strategic partners from nCourt and equivant
The session, generously sponsored by our partner nCourt, will take place Monday, July 22 at 11:00am Pacific
Innovation to Improve Access to Justice
“Innovation can be the conduit to improving access to justice. Providing access alternatives to reduce public travel to courthouses to obtain court services through technology is an avenue to accomplish such goals.”
“Creating public trust through engagement and innovation is more than an ideal; it requires action.”Excerpt from the NACM 2019 Annual Conference Site
In addition, Matterhorn will be highlighting ODR in the exhibit area at booth #309. See you in Las Vegas!
