The 46th District Court in Southfield, Michigan has reached an access to justice milestone: over 1,500 requests resolved online with Matterhorn online dispute resolution (ODR).
The court launched ODR for traffic tickets and warrants with Matterhorn in October 2016. Since that time, the court expanded their platform to include online parking ticket resolution.
Making Access to Justice Easier for Citizens
Instead of having to go to court, individuals can access the 46th District Court using their smartphone, tablet, or computer. Individuals possess the ability to address current tickets and eligible warrants 24-7, from anywhere.
