As shared in a recent Washtenaw County website news flash, the 14A District Court has pioneered and found success via online dispute resolution with Matterhorn.
The court was one of the first courts to adopt Matterhorn in 2014, and since that time the court has expanded its use of online dispute resolution from traffic tickets to warrants to the ability to plea online.
Since launch, the court has resolved over 1,700 cases online!
