The COSCA/NACM Joint Technology Committee met in Atlanta, Georgia on July 22-23, 2018. In that meeting, they set Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) as a priority for 2018/2019.

Until now, anyone who was part of a city income tax dispute in the City of Lansing had to come to court to resolve their matter. That option will remain. However, starting today, people can now participate in city tax legal proceedings from their personal computer, tablet, or mobile phone. People can now address their city tax matters 24-7, from anywhere.
