The COSCA/NACM Joint Technology Committee met in Atlanta, Georgia on July 22-23, 2018. In that meeting, they set Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) as a priority for 2018/2019.

However, starting today, people can now participate in city tax legal proceedings from their personal computer, tablet, or mobile phone. People can now address their city tax matters 24-7, from anywhere.
