Mediation Services, a Community Dispute Resolution Center in Holland, Michigan, now offers online dispute resolution (ODR) and mediation. Its ODR and online dispute resolution services are available free of charge to people who live and work in Allegan, Barry, and Ottawa Counties.

The Community Dispute Resolution Program is supported by the Supreme Court of Michigan (learn more about the program at the Michigan Courts website). Several news outlets on the west side of Michigan picked up the launch story including the Grand Rapids Business Journal and Fox17.
“Keeping the virtual doors of justice open to everyone in Michigan has never been more important. Confronting the COVID-19 crisis makes closing the justice gap all the more urgent,” Chief Justice Bridget M. McCormack said. “Opening up online dispute resolution to Ottawa, Allegan and Barry county residents represents a huge step toward achieving that goal.”
