Mediation and Restorative Services, a Community Dispute Resolution Center in Muskegon, Michigan, now offers online dispute resolution (ODR) along with in-person and phone mediation services. Its ODR and online dispute resolution services are available free of charge to people who live and work in Muskegon, Manistee, Mason, and Oceana Counties.

The Community Dispute Resolution Program is supported by the Supreme Court of Michigan (learn more about the program at the Michigan Courts website). The Grand Rapids Business Journal helped spread the word about the launch.
“Keeping the virtual doors of justice open to everyone in Michigan has never been more important. Confronting the COVID-19 crisis makes closing the justice gap all the more urgent,” Chief Justice Bridget M. McCormack said. “Opening up online dispute resolution to Muskegon, Manistee, Mason and Oceana county residents represents a huge step toward achieving that goal.”
Chief Justice Bridget Mary McCormack quoted in the Grand Rapids Business Journal
