Scottsdale City Court expands access, launches misdemeanor ODR

For immediate release – Scottsdale, AZ. The Scottsdale City Court in Arizona launched online dispute resolution (ODR) for certain misdemeanor cases in the municipal court on January 14, 2018. The announcement (PDF), from the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts, highlights the court’s launch of online plea.

Yuma County Superior Court Expands Access in Arizona with ODR

Until today, anyone who was part of a family court hearing with the Yuma County Superior Court had to appear in person to resolve their matter. That option remains. However, people can now participate in domestic cases via ODR from anywhere, anytime. The platform went live on Monday, December 3, 2018.

Maricopa County Superior Court Expands Access in Arizona with ODR
